Tom is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Agronomist with over 30 years experience in property and agriculture.  He has a comprehensive knowledge of the areas of estate agency, compulsory purchase, property valuations and commercial landlord and tenant.  Tom also has a broad depth of knowledge in every aspect of the agricultural sector including agri – business.

A very strong work ethic and attention to detail is combined with a creative attitude to all client projects.  Tom has strong marketing skills and a vast number of contacts which are of huge benefit in the estate agency side of the business.

Tom has worked for a diverse range of clients down through the years including Glanbia, AES/Bord Na Mona, ESB, Eirgrid, Multinational PLC’s, private companies, Local Authorities, the IFA, property development companies, sole traders, farmers and many private clients.

He is an active member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

All of our staff are bonded and take part in ongoing CPD courses given by the relevant trade associations and regulatory bodies. A secured IT environment, coupled with the latest advances in mobile platforms ensures that we can meet any challenge, be it on site or here at our offices.
